
Product Overview:

The YG series (H100-200) produced by our factory is a new generation of high reliability roller motor designed based on the JG2 series and with reference to ABB's RM series. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, good performance, reliable use, and easy maintenance. And the bearing grease has been added to the supply device, high-temperature resistant lubricants have been used, and the mechanical strength has been strengthened. Its comprehensive technical and economic indicators have reached the advanced level in China, comparable to ABB's RM series roller motor.
The YG series roller conveyor motor is capable of continuous operation under harsh conditions such as frequent starting and braking, forward and reverse rotation, and reverse connection braking, as well as high temperature and dusty environments. It has a high overload capacity and is a specialized motor for working roller conveyors and transportation in steel mills. It can also be applied to other mechanical equipment.
Model Description:

YG series roller conveyor motor with rated voltage of 380V, rated frequency of 50Hz, Y-connection, insulation level of H, protection level of IP54, installation forms of B3, B5, B35, cooling method of IC0041, the motor can start directly at full voltage.
The YG series roller conveyor motor can operate normally within the range of 5-70Hz, but its main performance indicators are different from the guaranteed values specified in this sample.
YG series roller conveyor motors are divided into two types:
YGa is mainly used for working roller conveyors, with a working system of S5 40%.
YGb is mainly used for conveying roller conveyors, with a working system of S1.
